4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Free Plan - 15-day trial with basic features
• Monthly Plan - $3/month, 150 invoices per month
• Yearly Plan - $2.40/month, 240 invoices per month
• Billing - Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Cancellation - You can cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
• Taxes - Applicable taxes may be added

5. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• 📧 You can request data deletion at any time
• 📊 You retain ownership of your data

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ApexBilling, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ApexBilling and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• You retain ownership of your invoices and customer data
• You grant us a license to host your data

7. Limitation of Liability

ApexBilling is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any loss of data
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ApexBilling harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to your account
• We may retain certain data as required by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
